  • Take a bowl and add the chopped jaggery and water.
  • Next up, mix well and let the jaggery soak in water for about half an hour till it dissolves.
  • Make sure to filter the solution using a fine strainer.
  • Once done, it is now time to add some lemon juice.
  • Next, add ginger powder, green cardamom powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Refrigerate or add some ice cubes to the Panakam when serving.
