Chat Masala

Chat Masala is an interesting mix of spices that is mostly used as a garnish. It is slightly tangy and can be consumed without cooking. It is mostly used in chats or appetizers to add a touch of spice and tang. A little sprinkle of Chat Masala on your kababs, sev puri, aloo chat, bhindi fry, boondi raita, chutneys or even fresh fuits enhances the flavor of the dish.
