  • Take a pan and heat some oil. 
  • Once heated, add the sooji and roast for a couple of minutes on low to medium flame.
  • After that, add the chopped bananas and keep stirring.
  • Next, add hot milk and mix thoroughly, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Then, add the chopped almonds or cashews, raisins, and powdered green cardamom.
  • Now, add sugar and keep stirring to mix thoroughly until it dissolves, and then let it simmer for 2 minutes or so.
  • Then, add the saffron, keep stirring, and let it simmer again for a few more minutes.
  • Finally, the Banana Halwa will be ready to be served hot or warm.
