Take a pressure cooker and add the Urad Split, Chana Dal, Turmeric Powder, Salt, and 3 Cups of water.
Mix them well and let pressure cook for approximately 4 whistles.
Let the steam get off before you open the lid, and keep it aside.
Now, take a deep non-stick pan and heat some ghee.
Add the Cinnamon Sticks, Red Chilli Whole, Onions, and Cloves, and saute them for a few minutes.
Now, add the Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, and Green Chillies and saute for a minute on medium flame.
Once done, add the pre-cooked Dal, Lime Juice, Salt, and 2 cups of water, and mix well.
Let it cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Finally, garnish with some chopped Coriander and serve it hot!
