Method

  1. Add the ghee in a non-stick pan and heat it for some time.
  2. Now add the ragi flour and sauté it for about 3 minutes.
  3. Take half a cup of hot water and add it to the mixture while you keep whisking it. Mix it all well together and cook it for about 2 minutes as you keep stirring it.
  4. Switch off the gas.
  5. Immediately add jaggery powder and cardamom powder and mix them well together.
  6. Serve it hot, warm, or cold.
