Ingredients

Basics

For the Stuffing
  •  1 cup Paneer (thickly grated)
  •  ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  •  2 tsp Dwaraka Organic Coriander Whole (chopped)
  •  ¼ tsp Sugar (powdered)
  •  Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned for the stuffing.
  2. Once done, equally divide the stuffing into eight parts and keep it aside.
  3. Take a bowl and add the Amaranth Flour, Black Pepper Powder, mashed Potatoes, and Salt.
  4. Combine them, use enough water, and knead them together until they mix well into a semi-soft dough.
  5. Divide this dough into eight equal parts.
  6. Use a little Amaranth Flour and roll one of the portions of the dough into a circle.
  7. Now, place a part of the stuffing in the middle of the dough’s rolled-out portion.
  8. Bring the edges closer together towards the center and seal it well.
  9. Once done, use a little Amaranth Flour again and roll the stuffed dough into a circle.
  10. Repeat the same process with the other portions of the dough and the stuffing.
  11. Once you are ready, take a non-stick pan and heat a little bit of Sunflower Oil.
  12. Finally, cook the paratha in the heated oil until it turns golden brown on either side.
  13. Serve the piping hot parathas with some mint chutney or dahi.
