To make Chocolate Sponge Cake, sieve Maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Keep it aside.
Combine condensed milk, butter, vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the prepared sieved flour & cocoa mixture with 5 cups of water. Mix well.
Grease the cake tin with butter & dust with Maida.
Pour the prepared batter & spread it evenly.
Bake in a pre-heat oven at 180 C, for 40 – 45 mins.
Remove carefully, garnish with whipped cream & sprinkles, and serve!
