Ingredients for Chapati
 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 ½ cup Vegan Margarine
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 ¼ cup Molasses (Sweetener)
 1 tsp Baking Soda (dissolved in 1 ½ tsp boiling water)
 ¼ cup Sugar

Whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg powder and cocoa in a small bowl. Set aside.

Mix margarine and brown sugar. Add the molasses and mix well.

Add both the mixtures and mix well.

Cover it for one hour and let it chill.

Preheat the oven to 325 F.

Spoon dough into 1 ½ inch balls.

Roll each ball in sugar.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, till the surface starts to crack.

Remove and serve.
