Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the pumpkin puree, melted butter or sunflower oil, and milk.
  4. Whisk these ingredients together till it becomes smooth.
  5. Sift the baking powder, flour, spices, and salt over the wet mix.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon into the wet mixture until just combined (make sure not to over mix).
  7. If you’re using any of the optional ingredients then fill the muffin cups entirely with them.
  8. Bake the mixture for 22 – 25 minutes or until it is fully cooked.
  9. Freeze it and upon adding your favorite garnishing elements and serve it.
