First, you need to dry roast chana dal and keep it aside.
Then, dry roast the ragi flour for 8 to 10 minutes on a pan with low flame.
Now take the roasted ragi flour and jaggery powder and mix them well in a mixer or grinder.
Grind the roasted chana dal, walnuts, and cardamom powder to make a fine mixture.
Mix ragi flour, jaggery powder, chana dal, and walnut powder together.
Heat the ghee in a frying pan, let it melt and then pour the mixture into it.
Mix the ragi mixture well with a spoon.
Take even portions of this mixture and make ladoos with your hands.
Serve them as sweet snacks and remember, you need to store them in an air-tight container.
