Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the ends of the bananas and make a slit. Cook them for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cool the cooked bananas by placing them in cold water. Peel and mash them well.
  3. Add butter, salt and mashed bananas in a pan.
  4. Once the mixture turns a little pink, add all the spice powders, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Take the mixture off the stove and let it cool for a while. Now add besan and coriander, mix well into a smooth mixture.
  6. Make small flat patties out of the mixture and set it aside.
  7. In a pan, heat oil and shallow fry these patties until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney.
