  1. In a large bowl, mix chopped coriander leaves, besan, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, sesame seeds, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Begin to knead into a soft dough and add water as required.
  3. Shape the dough into a long and thin cylindrical shape.
  4. Now, steam this cylindrical dough for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let it cool and cut it into thick slices.
  6. In a deep frying pan, heat some oil to deep fry these slices. Fry the slices till they turn golden brown.
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
