Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat a broad non-stick pan and add 1 tsp of Dwaraka Organic Sunflower Oil.
  2. Add onions and sauté them for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Take a bowl and transfer the sautéed onions into it.
  4. Add the cauliflower, french beans, and carrots to the bowl and mix them well together. Use a potato masher.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix them well, and keep aside for the oats to absorb the flavors.
  6. After letting the mixture rest for about ten minutes, divide it into equal portions.
  7. Roll and flatten the portions to make round tikkis.
  8. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with 1/4 teaspoon of Dwaraka Organic Sunflower Oil.
  9. Cook the tikkis in a greased pan.
  10. Add 1/8 teaspoon of Dwaraka Organic Sunflower Oil for every batch.
  11. Continue the process until the tikkis turn crispy and golden brown on both sides.
  12. Once done, serve the Cauliflower and Oats Tikki hot with green chutney.
