Ingredients

Method

  1. To make Chocolate Spice Cookies, whisk together the maida flour, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cloves whole, nutmeg powder and cocoa in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside once mixed.
  3. Mix margarine and brown sugar. Add the molasses and mix well.
  4. Add both the mixtures and mix well.
  5. Cover it for one hour and let it chill.
  6. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  7. Spoon dough into 1 ½ inch balls.
  8. Roll each ball in sugar.
  9. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, till the surface starts to crack.
  10. Remove and serve.
