Mysore Bonda

 ¾ cup Dahi
 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
 2 tsp Green Chillies (finely chopped)
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 Salt as per taste
Method:

Take a deep bowl, combine the Dahi and ½ cup water, and whisk well.

Now, take this mixture and all the other ingredients together in a bowl and mix them well with your hands.

Take a nonstick pan and heat some Sunflower Oil.

Once the oil is heated well, take small portions from the batter and deep-fry a few at a time.

Once they turn golden brown on all sides, transfer them to an absorbent paper to drain out the excess oil.

Serve hot, preferably with some Coconut Chutney or Green Chutney for added flavor and essence.
