Urad Dal Roti

 ½ cup Urad Dalsoaked and boiled
 14 cups Whole wheat flour
 1 tbsp Oil
 ¼ tsp Carom seeds
 1 tsp Finely chopped green chilies
 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
 Salt to Taste
 Extra Whole wheat flour for rolling oil for cooking

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix them well and knead them in a soft dough using water.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Roll them out in equal circles using whole wheat flour for rolling.

Heat a non-stick pan (tava) and cook each roti till it turns brown on each side.

Serve hot.
