Urad Dal Roti is .....
 ½ cup Dwaraka Organic Urad Dal Whitesoaked and boiled
 ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
 ¼ tsp Carom seeds
 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilies
 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
 Salt to Taste
 Extra Whole Wheat Flour For Rolling Oil For Cooking

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix them well and knead them in a soft dough using water.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Roll them out in equal circles using whole wheat flour for rolling.

Heat a non-stick pan (tava) and cook each roti till it turns brown on each side.

Serve hot with Roti and enjoy your Urad Dal Roti
