Ingredients

For Tamarind Chutney-
For Garlic Chutney-
For Green Chutney-
For Bhel Puri-
  •  2 cups Puffed rice
  •  2 tbsp OnionsFinely chopped
  •  4 tbsp TomatoesFinely chopped
  •  2 Medium sized boiled and cubed potato
  •  2 tbsp Coriander leavesFinely chopped
  •  1 Green chilliChopped
  •  ¾ tsp Dwaraka Organic Chat Masala
  •  2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  •  10 Papdis
  •  ¼ cup Nylon sev
  • pinch Salt

Method

For Tamarind Chutney-
1.Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
2.Bring the mixture to boil, reduce the heat and cook it until it turns into a smooth paste.
3.Let it cool.
4.For better consistency, you can mix it all again in a mixer-grinder.
For Garlic Chutney-
5.Blend all the ingredients together in a grinder jar.
6.Add more water for better consistency.
7.Add more lemon juice for balance in flavor.
For Green Chutney-
8.Blend all the ingredients together in a grinder.
9.Add water, salt, sugar, or lemon juice to balance the consistency and flavor.
For Bhel Puri-
10.Gather all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix them well.
11.Add the chutneys to the mixtures as per your preference in taste.
12.You can also balance the flavor with salt, chat masala or lemon juice.
