Ingredients

Make Jeera Aloo:
 56 Potatoes, boiled & peeled
 2 Green Chilly, finely chopped
 Salt to taste
 2 tsp Lemon Juice
 ¼ cup Coriander, chopped

Method

Make Jeera Aloo:
  1. Cut boiled potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat oil on medium flame and add cumin seeds.
  3. After the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add chopped green chillies and mix well.
  4. Now add the potato cubes and mix again.
  5. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes and sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt as required.
  6. Saute the potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes on low to medium flame.
  7. Once the potatoes are crisp on the outside, add lemon juice.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve with hot chapatis.
