Ingredients

Method

  1. Mash the Paneer or grate it as per your choice and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add ghee.
  3. Now add the chopped onions and fry them till they turn pink.
  4. Then add the Green Chilies, Chopped Ginger and keep stirring.
  5. Let it cook for a few seconds, and add the Tomatoes.
  6. Now, with the help of a spatula, mash the whole thing.
  7. Add all the spices together and fry them well.
  8. Make sure you sprinkle some water to avoid the spices getting burned.
  9. Next, add the Green Peas and fry till well done.
  10. Once it is all set, you can add the Paneer.
  11. Add salt to your taste and mix well for about 3 minutes.
  12. Finally, add the Coriander Leaves and mix and cook them together for a minute.
  13. Serve the delicious Matar Paneer Bhurji hot with Paratha or any other Indian bread.
