Rinse Sabudana until water runs clear. Soak the rinsed Sabudana in 1 cup water for 40 mins to it. Drain it and set it aside.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add diced potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring often until potatoes are almost cooked.
Add raw peanuts and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
Add green chilies, curry leaves and cook for a minute.
Add the drained sabudana, season with salt; mix until well combined.
Cook until sabudana pearls become translucent.
Add cilantro and toss to combine.
Serve it hot with chilled yogurt.
